SHIPPING POLICY:
Your order will be delivered 2-4 days after dispatch.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds are only issued if your jewellery is found faulty within 2 weeks of purchase.
We don’t accept refunds for any worn jewellery.
Due to hygiene standards, we don’t accept refunds for earrings, to ensure safety and wellbeing of our customers.
Return postage for refunds are held responsible for the customer to cover. Once we receive the item and check if it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund.
